which is the owners manual. Please see that both the M92650 and M92650E are listed (see page 12) so the manual covers BOTH. But if you read the specifications and APPROVALS such as the units "CE" approval, both units have IDENTICAL specifications and approvals (see page 55). We can't prove it, but having a "European model" seems to just be a means of keeping prices artifically higher in Europe. We've sold a LOT of the regular "USA" units to European customers and we've never received any complaints about performance of the radar units.
