Rob proctor is the Founder and President of Marine.com, a Mind Drivers, LLC portfolio company, which is one of the worlds largest and fastest growing online marine supply retailers. In 1997 Mr. Proctor founded Cyber-Marine.com and in 2000 partnered with Mind Drivers LLC to form Marine.com. Mind Drivers LLC has provided funding, strategic planning and management and other marketing and technology resources, which has resulted in growth of approximately 100% per year since 2000. Previously, Mr. Proctor was involved for over 15 years in investment management with Proctor Investment Management, Inc., which he founded and operated from 1987 to 1998. Mr. Proctor also founded and operated Alétheia Trading, Inc. from 1994 to 1998, including the hedge / short fund, Alétheia Partners Fund, L.P. Prior to that Mr. Proctor worked with Linsco/Private Ledger Financial Services and Thomson McKinnon Securities (later acquired by Prudential Securities). Mr. Proctor has a BS in economics and business from the University of Vermont. He is a CFA - Chartered Financial Analyst and CFP - College for Financial Planning and has passed various NASD exams (Series 3, 5, 7, 24, 63). Mr. Proctor is a lifelong boater currently sailing a Little Harbor 38 and fishing from a Grady-White GulfStream 23


Michael dever is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Mind Drivers, LLC and a co-founder of InternetSeer.com Corp, a Mind Drivers portfolio company. He founded Brandywine Asset Management, a hedge fund managing assets in the international equity, currency and futures markets, in 1982 and currently serves as Brandywine's Chairman and Director of Research.  Mr. Dever founded Spree.com in 1996.  Spree.com pioneered the use of “viral” and affiliate marketing to grow into the 7th most trafficked ecommerce site by the fall of 1998, when the Company moved out of its incubator facilities provided by Mr. Dever.

Mr. Dever and his businesses have been the subject of numerous interviews and articles in publications including: The Wall Street Journal, Barrons, Computer World, Information Week, the Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Business Journal, Wall Street & Technology, Futures Magazine, Futures & Options World, Forbes Magazine and Fox Television.  Mr. Dever has a B.S. in Business from West Chester University. gene mcwilliams is a co-founder and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Mind Drivers, LLC. He has over 25 years of diversified business and financial management experience, including 16 years in public accounting and nine years in private industry.  Previously he was Senior VP, CFO and Treasurer of Crothall Services Group (“CSG”) from 1995 to 1999, which completed a successful liquidity event in 2000.  Mr. McWilliams was a partner with Parente Randolph, a regional consulting and accounting firm that specialized in providing services to emerging growth companies from 1990 to 1995.  Mr. McWilliams was a principal with Laventhol & Horwath, where he was responsible for clients involved with IPOs, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions in the firm’s emerging growth company practice from 1979 to 1990.  Mr. McWilliams has a BS in accounting from Saint Josephs University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. kane bender is a co-founder and VP, Marketing and Business Development of Mind Drivers, LLC. He designed and led the growth of EnterURL.com, which is a division of InternetSeer. Mr. Bender has more than 25 years of marketing experience in concept and product development, niche marketing and marketing communications.  In 1999 he founded PresentationBox.com, a B2B Internet company providing specialized packaging to the corporate gift industry.   Mr. Bender co-founded Crystal Signatures in 1997, which earned a reputation as the United States’ premier full lead crystal design and manufacturing company producing awards for the corporate gift market. He grew the company by forging strategic alliances with both suppliers and resellers. Mr. Bender co-founded Design Center Partners, LLC, which was a real estate investment firm, which he exited through a sale in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Bender was VP of Marketing at PYNN Corporation, a concept and product development firm that created designs commissioned by crystal factories around the world. Each of the last five presidential administrations has commissioned gifts, as well as the Espy awards, and the recording industry’s Diamond Award.  Mr. Bender has a B.A. in Economics from Washington College. jeff jennings is the Chief Information Officer of InternetSeer & Marine.com, a Mind Drivers portfolio company. Mr. Jennings joined InternetSeer in 2001 and has overall responsibility for all IT areas of the company. Previously Mr. Jennings founded Day One, Inc., a software company serving real estate appraisers, in 1984.  As President and CEO he led Day One through the design and creation of an integrated software solution that led to significant growth including a blue chip customer list.  He continued to serve as President following the acquisition of Day One by Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in 1993, and its successor company, LandAmerica Financial Group, in 1997.  He led the development of Day One’s Web initiatives, including the first b2b portal for the appraisal industry and all Web-based features of the Day One desktop products.  In October 2000 Day One was acquired by Appraisal.com and Mr. Jennings ran the Day One division while transitioning its customers and employees to Appraisal.com. Mr. Jennings has a B.S. in Computer Science from West Chester University.


mark mclellan is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of InternetSeer.com Corp & Marine.com, a Mind Drivers portfolio company.  Mr. McLellan is the founded of Claymont.com, a search engine that is a division of InternetSeer. He has been involved with Internet technology since 1994 and in August of 1996, Mr. McLellan joined Mike Dever at spree.com as spree’s first employee and Director of Information Technology.  He started working with computer systems in 1985 and has been installing and designing computer networks since 1990. Mr. Mclellan has a Masters in Computer Science from West Chester University and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Goldey-Beacom College. He has also earned various industry certifications including: CNE - Certified NetWare Engineer, MCP+I - Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet, MCSE - Microsoft Certified System Engineer and CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate.


Karen McLaughlin is the Head of Customer Support and Administration

Karen has been with Marine.com since 2002 and is in charge of order processing and customer service. Karen's background includes professional training in delivering the highest level of customer service and support which she successfully performed for numerous organizations in the past.


Russ Thomas - Sales & Customer Support

Russ joined Marine.com in the spring of 2005 with a extensive background in the power boat market. Additionally Russ brings to us a strong IT background and manages much of our database. Russ has particually strong knowledge of the Florida boating market and can offer our customer's advice based on years of experience in that market.
